God of War for the Sony PlayStation 2 is the original entry in the acclaimed action-adventure series, introducing players to Kratos and his brutal journey through a world inspired by Greek mythology. Released in Europe in 2005, the game follows Kratos as he seeks to defeat Ares, the God of War, combining fast-paced combat, exploration, platforming and puzzle-solving.
