Description
Battle Squadron for the Sega Mega Drive is a vertically scrolling science-fiction shoot ’em up featuring fast-paced spacecraft combat against waves of enemy ships, ground installations and large bosses. Released for the Mega Drive in 1990, the game is a conversion of the acclaimed Amiga title and features both single-player and two-player cooperative action.
The game was developed by Innerprise Software and published by Electronic Arts for the Sega Mega Drive. Players pilot heavily armed spacecraft through hostile alien environments, collecting weapon upgrades and tackling increasingly challenging enemy formations.
