Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is an action-adventure survival horror game for PlayStation 3, developed by Capcom Vancouver and published by Capcom. The game was originally released in 2011 and presents an alternate version of the events of Dead Rising 2, with photographer Frank West returning as the main protagonist.

The game features large-scale zombie outbreaks, exploration, weapon creation and Frank West’s photography mechanics. It also introduces new areas, enemies, weapons and gameplay features compared with the original Dead Rising 2. This release is part of the Essentials range for PlayStation 3.
