Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles is a fast-paced action and beat-’em-up game for the original Sony PlayStation, developed and published by LucasArts. It was released in 2000, with the PAL PlayStation release dated 28 April 2000. The game is based on Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace and allows players to take control of several Jedi characters.
Players battle through locations from The Phantom Menace, using lightsabers and Force abilities against battle droids, destroyer droids, assassins and other enemies. The game supports both single-player and multiplayer action, with five Jedi characters available, including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn and Mace Windu.
