Description
Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance for the Sony PlayStation 2 is the expanded edition of the acclaimed tactical espionage action game Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. Released in Europe in 2003, Substance adds substantial bonus content to the original adventure, including additional missions, VR training scenarios and the Snake Tales scenarios.
The game was developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Japan under the direction of Hideo Kojima and published by Konami. Players take control of Solid Snake and Raiden across a cinematic stealth-focused storyline, combining infiltration, tactical combat and exploration.
This example is the PAL Ultimate Collector’s Edition, with the front packaging indicating the inclusion of the previously unpublished bonus DVD The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2. It comes in its original-style PlayStation 2 case with distinctive Yoji Shinkawa artwork and Konami branding.
