Mortal Kombat #0 was published by Malibu Comics in 1994 as a special preview edition introducing readers to the world of Mortal Kombat before the launch of the ongoing comic series. The issue contains four complete stories, creator interviews, character features and a cover gallery spotlighting fan-favourite characters including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage, Kano and Liu Kang. Produced during the height of the Mortal Kombat phenomenon, this issue remains one of the key collectible books associated with the franchise’s comic-book history.
