Description
Released in 2002, SSX Tricky for the Nintendo GameCube was developed by EA Canada and published under the EA Sports BIG label by Electronic Arts. Widely regarded as one of the greatest arcade snowboarding games ever made, SSX Tricky builds on the success of the original SSX with faster gameplay, larger courses, spectacular tricks, and an energetic licensed soundtrack.
Players race down imaginative mountain courses inspired by real-world locations, performing huge aerial stunts and gravity-defying trick combinations to fill the Tricky meter. Once activated, players can unleash signature “Uber Tricks” unique to each character, earning massive scores while competing in both race and trick events. The game’s colourful visuals, memorable cast, and fluid controls have helped it remain a fan favourite and a standout title in the GameCube library.
